Rob Willis

From 2009-2010, Rob Willis took a course in Sound Engineering and production in the world leading sound engineering school Alchemea, in London. There he studied under Haydn Bendall and Marcell van Limbeek (Kate Bush, Alan Parsons Project, Tori Amos, Johnny Cash, etc.).

After finishing this with distinction, he decided to move to Berlin, inspired by the city’s vibrant and innovative music scene, in which the electronic aspect particularly fascinated him, being a passionate analogue synthesiser and programming specialist.

He was welcomed with open arms into the Phlexton studios, where he soon undertook work as engineer and remixer for artists such as Culcha Candela, Deon and Smith & Smart. His professionalism and precision, as well as a passion for good music and interesting sound worlds enriches the Phlexton family.
